SHARING: Creepy Cupcakes: Bone Table DIY From Martha

OMG OMG OMG OMG

I sooooo want one of these! This has got to be "the" table to have in our home!

Creepy Cupcakes: Bone Table DIY From Martha

In a way it reminds me a bit of the bone holder that came to life when it was zapped by Sherlindria's wand in the movie Willow.  The scene was when Willow was fighting against Evil Queen Bavmorda in the tower.

Or go here to visit Martha's site for the DIY

Make your own Countdown to Halloween

This is one of the neatest projects I've seen lately - each day tag is hanging on a nail with a little hidden surprize behind.  Amazing tutorial and I'm sure you could change to Christmas if you so pleased.

Check out the how-to HERE

The Tour Ends...

And I think I'll end the tour with a close up of Floyd Jr. and Roach.
They are sitting at a wrought iron table and chair set that we found at a garage sale over the summer. Don't they look snazzy in their sweaters?!

You may remember that last year we built a haunted pipe organ for our outside display on October 31st... now it sits in our living room/dining room area and will not be moved outside this year. There are a few new pieces on it, next to it and the addition of the flying bats on the wall really make it stand out.

And finally, this was my sweetie's costume last year... he painted it himself and did a damn fine job.  This year he bought himself an authentic latex body shell and it is being professionally painted... so similar costume, The Predator, but the new costume is way nicer!
...and for those of you who are wondering, yes those are skulls on the floor (didn't you see the Predator movies?!)

The Tour Continues... Part II

A little more of the tour...

Here is our dining room table.
The very tall guy hidden by the chandelier is Nemesis.

Seated at the table are Floyd, Oberon, Porter and Horace.
Porter and Horace are the smaller skeletons.

And this is Oberon.  He loves his hat!

And this is Horace.
The nice thing about having skeletons at your table is that they NEVER complain about what you make (or don't make) for dinner!
