After going through various recipe books trying to find a simple and easy cookie recipe I came across a recipe for sugar cookies - what could be easier?!
Throw in a bucket of Halloween cookie cutters, some simple icing and this was a wonderful way to spend an evening... making sugar cookies!
As a treat for my co-workers I made some sugar cookies. As with most offices many of us gather in the kitchen in the morning to say hello and find out what everyone is up to and how things are going - very informal.It was suggested I get some Christmas cookie cutters and do the same recipe for December... I think not!
